Traditionally, event producers rely on word-of-mouth or agencies to find technicians for their events. This process often lacks efficiency and limits their options for sourcing skilled professionals. Event producers often struggled to find technicians who met their specific technical requirements, leading to delays and compromises in event planning. Additionally, the manual coordination of job requests, updates, and payments created complexities and potential errors in the process.

Solution

Working closely with Theodore, we developed an innovative app that connected event producers with technicians. The app allows producers to create events, specify their technical requirements, and send job requests directly to technicians. Through the app, producers can easily manage job updates, reschedule appointments, and automate the payment process using Stripe Connect, ensuring secure and timely transactions for both parties.
