The team at Zapier faced the challenge of ensuring transparency and fairness in salary management while providing accurate salary ranges to their employees. The existing process lacked efficiency and resulted in confusion and dissatisfaction among employees. Solution

Using Glide, we built an internal tool for Zapier that incorporates intelligent backend algorithms that match user input with the appropriate salary ranges. Employees can simply input their country, job family, and job level, and the tool generates accurate salary ranges specific to their circumstances.

One of the key features of the tool is its ability to handle scenarios where no salary matches are found. In such cases, employees are given the option to submit a request for their specific salary specifications, ensuring that no one is left without the necessary information.
